SUPPORTING HBIS BURSARY STUDENTS
CHELO is a registered NPO created in 2007 by a group of parents in partnership with
Hout Bay International School (HBIS).
The aim of the partnership is to provide access to a world-class international education for children from previously disadvantaged communities of Hout Bay.
HBIS contributes the children’s school fees while CHELO funds all other direct (financial, social & educational) costs of our bursary children.
CHELO can only achieve its mandate via continuous fundraising and the generous contributions of time & energy by our team of supportive parents.
