2027 GRADE 1 (PYP1) INTAKE APPLICATION

APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2027 BURSARY PLACE WILL OPEN 4th MAY & CLOSE 31st MAY 2026.

1. Applicants must be born between 1st January 2021 - 31st Dec 2021 & reside in Hout Bay.

2. Application forms should be filled in below. If computer access is an issue, a copy of the form can be collected. Please send an email to hello@chelo.org.za.

3. Applicants should submit a reference letter & latest report from pre-school, with their application.

4. Applicants must be a South African national (one parent is required also to be a South African National).

5. No late applications will be considered.

6. Applicants will be required to provide proof of income (for at least one parent/guardian), residential address, SA ID and a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

Parents/Guardians are invited to apply for the Grade 1 (January 2027 entry) bursary at Hout Bay International School (HBIS). Please complete the form below and ensure all supporting documents are submitted by 31st May 2026.
